30 Voices, One Town
Banbury on Film
The Challenge
To raise the profile of over 30 local businesses through a compelling video campaign that highlights Banbury’s vibrant entrepreneurial community and the unique character of its town centre. The goal: to create engaging, authentic content that boosts visibility, encourages local support, and reinforces Banbury as a thriving destination for business and community life.
Our Approach
We began by connecting directly with business owners, staff, and residents to uncover the heart of Banbury’s identity. Through on-location filming, personal interviews, and authentic storytelling, we:
-
Captured real voices and stories from across the town’s independent shops, services, and venues
-
Planned and executed a video content strategy that reflected the diversity and spirit of Banbury’s business community
-
Developed a unified narrative across all films, emphasising collaboration, local pride, and community resilience
-
Delivered high-quality video production to ensure each business was represented with professionalism and care
The Outcome
-
6 short films premiered at the 2022 Banbury Jubilee Festival, viewed by more than 10,000 attendees
-
Videos showcased on the Banbury BID website to drive digital engagement and local discovery
-
Films used as strategic communication tools in meetings with stakeholders, councillors, and potential sponsors
-
Created a valuable content archive for future marketing campaigns, funding applications, and place branding initiatives
